Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is named as one of Austin’s top work places
Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning has been named Austin’s top work place by the Austin-American Statesman. Radiant was featured on Inc. 5000 for the second time this year and was named by Austin Business Journal as one of the Top Places to Work in Austin.
Surveys from 127 local companies were used to compile the Austin-American Statesman List. To be named Top Workplaces, the list was reduced to 100 employers. These companies employ over 49,000 people in Austin. Surveys were completed by more than 29,000 employees of the companies surveyed.
It may seem unusual for a plumbing or A/C company in Austin to be one the most desirable places to work, but that is our top priority. Sarah Casebier is co-owner of Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning. We measure success by the happiness, energy, and enthusiasm of our employees about their jobs. This allows us to create a wonderful customer experience.
The Statesman asked employees to rate their companies on leadership, direction, workplace environment, pay and benefits, and other topics. The survey was conducted by Energage, an American company that specializes on employee engagement.
